About Us
Founded in 1999, Jagdamba Polymers Limited has grown from a small plastics manufacturer into one of the leading names in household products, moulded furniture, PET preforms, and plastic crates. Based in Balasore, Odisha, we operate with a clear belief: quality and trust are the foundation of everything we do.
With two state-of-the-art manufacturing units, we run the largest plastic injection moulding plant in Odisha and one of the biggest in Eastern India. Our advanced machinery is designed to be energy-efficient and eco-friendly, ensuring we create products that are not only durable but also sustainable.
Under our flagship brand “ANKUR”, we offer a wide portfolio of more than 300 products trusted across multiple states in India. From everyday household essentials to BIS-certified multipurpose crates for agriculture, seafood, and industrial use, every product is engineered to meet the highest quality standards.
Our excellence is backed by IMS Certifications (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2015) and the prestigious ZED GOLD Certification. A dedicated in-house quality lab ensures that every item undergoes rigorous testing before reaching our customers.

Our Integrated Management System is certified by Bureau Veritas, one of the most respected certification bodies in the world. This includes ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management, and ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety. We also hold ZED Gold Certification from the Quality Council of India, recognising our commitment to zero defect, zero effect manufacturing.
For our PET preform products specifically, we hold ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System certification from SGS, an additional layer of assurance for clients who need packaging that meets food safety standards.
Behind every certificate is a dedicated in-house quality lab and a technical team that tests products at every stage of production, not just at the end. That is the difference between a company that passes an audit once and a company that maintains the standard every single day.

Our CSR efforts focus on practical, ongoing commitments rather than one-time gestures. We run energy-efficient operations to reduce our environmental footprint. We support welfare programmes for the communities around our Balasore facility. We organise health camps for our workers and their families. We back local education initiatives for children near our plant.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have also launched a tree plantation initiative where customers who purchase products worth ₹1,000 or more get a tree planted in their name, helping create a greener future together.

Every product that carries the Jagdamba Polymers name is 100% manufactured in India, at our own facility in Balasore, Odisha. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is imported and rebranded.
Since the Government of India launched the Make in India initiative in 2014 to strengthen domestic manufacturing and reduce import dependency, we have continued to align our growth with that same vision, building capacity, creating local jobs, and manufacturing entirely within the country.
Our reach today extends across 12 states and continues to grow, but our manufacturing foundation has never moved from where it started. We believe that is exactly how it should be. A company that wants India to trust its products should be willing to build those products inside India, under its own roof, with its own team, in step with the nation’s own push toward self-reliant manufacturing.
